  Sat on hold for a total of 40 minutes. Store was open, just put my order in online while waiting and it went through. After 40 minutes of hearing "someone will be with you shortly" (which, at this point was only to see how long they would let it go) I was hung up on. If the employees are too lazy to pick up a phone let customers know so they can order online in the first place. Had there been other options available they would not have gotten my business. This was on a Tuesday at midnight, there's no way they were too busy and even if they were, PICK UP THE PHONE at the very least for 5 seconds to apologize that they are busy and ask me to order online. At least show some kind of respect to your customers.

  The food was good. There was a mix up on the toppings on one pizza. We ordered beef but got sausage. I called expecting a replacement but instead got told I was trying to get free food and since the whole pizza wasn't available for fair exchange the worker said he wasn't entertaining my request and said he made it correctly then said call corporate and hung up on me. I could care less about the free pizza. I have plenty of rewards but expected a better response on this issue.

  I ordered online, 10 minutes later I was called and told you did not have any pan pizza. Changed my order and was expected to pay the difference. I no longer had a coupon like I did for the pan pizza. Normally have good experiences.
