  I posting some pics of the food served to us at the Steak n Shake. The chili mac came in a bowl half full and service was horrible. The other 2 pics are of hot fudge sundays, they came melted and runny.
  This Steak n Shake has been going down hill for a while. Orders are frequently wrong and service is slow. Management there should be fired for allowing this kind of food and service. I will never eat here again, I rather go to McDonald's across the street.
  Do yourself a favor and skip this Steak n Shake.

  Littlest Steak and Shake I've ever been to. Service was great, food was great. Overall the place could use a scrub down but for 4 dollars for a meal + tip I can deal with a dirty bathroom.

  Came in for breakfast, was informed they did not have orange juice. Not even in the freezer? When I expressed disappointment, the server suggested orange soda! If your going to serve breakfast food, maybe.... you should offer orange Juice!!!!! I was informed they haven't had orange juice for a month! I will be sure to inform everyone I know of my experience.

  In the past, this restaurant was slow and the staff were unprofessional. But today the food was good and fast, and apparently staffed by new people. It was good. Keep it up.
